Barbour spent 2025 reminding everyone why waxed cotton refuses to die — and what happens when you hand that heritage to the right partners.
The year’s standouts read like a greatest-hits remix: classic Bedale and Spey silhouettes reimagined with Kaptain Sunshine, Noah and Arket; a Levi’s denim take that turns the field jacket into a trucker-adjacent layer; and a run of J.Crew and Baracuta collabs that slide effortlessly from city sidewalks to country weekends.
The brand also pushed past outerwear, rolling out waxed crossbody bags, Fair Isle-adjacent tweeds and even Crocs and Sorel tie-ins that extend Barbour’s “mud-ready, pub-approved” vibe all the way down to your boots and clogs.
Taken together, 2025 feels less like a nostalgia tour and more like proof that Barbour’s century-old toolkit still has plenty of new places to go.
