American workwear is lauded around the globe for its quality, craftsmanship and durability — so when a couple of icons with more than two centuries of combined experience announce a capsule collection, it’s bound to turn heads.

Dickies and Schott, two such brands, have kicked off 2026 with a capsule that marries American heritage with a moto-inspired aesthetic. But like many good things, there’s a catch.

Heritage for the generations

This isn’t the first time Dickies and Schott have joined forces to give the affordable workwear giant’s dependable staples a moto-inspired makeover; a similarly limited-edition capsule dropped a year ago.

To ring in 2026 they’ve teamed up once again, combining 103 years of workwear expertise with 113 years of pioneering design to reinterpret a selection of iconic silhouettes.

Key pieces include the moto-inspired Dickies Leather Comb. Double Riders Jacket, which is available in two colorways: an all-black rendition, and a high-contrast black-and-white option.

Both versions of the jacket are based on the famous Schott Double Rider Jacket, but are built with Dickies’s signature TC twill. The combination of the vintage styling with durable materials make this an instant classic.

Both versions of the jacket feature distinctive collars and pocket welts crafted from genuine leather.

The second piece anchoring the capsule is the Dickies TC Work Pants; this take sees the classic Dickies work pants revised to reflect Schott’s aesthetic, with a roomy waist and tapered hem designed to complement the boxy fit of the Leather Comb. Double Riders Jacket.

Brown wide-leg trousers paired with beige suede boots and a light blue denim jacket.
The TC Work Pant is available in four cool colorways: black, white, sand and brown, seen above.

Both items feature “Schott x Dickies” woven labels, signaling the collaboration, and are constructed from a hard-wearing, durable cotton/ polyester blend, which contributes to their longevity and reasonable pricepoints.

Availability and pricing

Now for the catch: at present, there’s no news of this collection reaching America shores.

The Schott x Dickies capsule collection is priced between¥25,300 and ¥46,200 JPY (roughly $161–$295 USD) and can be purchased at Schott’s stores and online in Japan.
