The Loose Straight Drill Painter Double Front Dungaree is a long and somewhat complicated name for a very straightforward product: a pair of work pants built to handle tough tasks and look good off the jobsite.

Thanks to their elevated styling and materials, these pants wouldn’t look out of place at a summer soirée.

Built with rugged yet flexible 9-ounce, 100-percent off-white cotton canvas, the painter pants are inspired by Carhartt’s own century-old workwear designs, complete with thoughtful pocketing, an improved fit and elevated style.

The mid-rise fit sits just below the waist, and the generous room in the seat and thigh make it easy to move during DIY projects, or when you’re commuting or traveling.

The triple-needle stitching, seam-sewn belt loops and reinforced back pockets boost durability in high-stress areas, while the double-layer knees are minimal yet still able to accommodate pads for extra protection.
