Sartory Billard takes on watchmaking’s complication du jour in its own creative way with the SB10 Jumping Hour, available with either a black sapphire dial or this “Disco Ball” version featuring a guillochéd steel cabochon covering the dial. There’s an oversized cutout at 6:00 revealing the current hour on a sapphire disc, while a second sapphire disc circles the dial’s periphery and tracks the minutes via a small red marker. Both sapphire discs are fully lumed, making the watch entirely legible even in the dark.
