It’s been well-documented that world-famous fighter Conor McGregor uses cycling as cross training for his fights, and in the past we’ve seen him ride bikes from US-based Gerard Cycles. Now however, McGregor has teamed up with FiftyOne Cycles, a young custom bike maker from his homeland of Ireland. FiftyOne built McGregor a top-to-bottom custom road frame with a paint scheme to match his bold personality. If you look closely, you’ll notice custom painted Crank Brothers flat pedals which were a special request (McGregor uses flat pedals to reduce the risk of reaggravating an old ACL injury).
We’re on board with just about everything but the pedals, but we’re not about to tell Conor McGregor how he should ride his bike.
