Anova, a leader in at-home precision cooking technologies, has launched its smallest, most affordable sous-vide circulator yet. The Nano, which debuted at CES earlier this year, will retail for $99 — but can be preordered now for just $89. The Nano is accurate to one-tenth of a degree, weighs just 1.4 pounds and can be programmed manually or remotely using the newly revamped Anova Culinary app.
