For the better part of the 2020s, cowboy boots have surged in mainstream popularity, maturing into an everyday staple over the past six years.

At first glance, the Suede Clog looks to be a cowboy boot that’s missing its heel and upper shaft.

However, the collaboration style between Wrangler and Chaco is much more considered than a simple chop job.

The comfy Western slip-on is built with a soft suede upper that features an oversized, detailed buckle as well as toe bug stitching.

While it’s decorative on these clogs and on most boots today, toe bug stitching was originally used to help the boot break properly across the top of the foot.
