Pearls are always appropriate

The Pearlized Premium Classic Slip-On is a combination of timeless looks and Y2K styling, thanks to pearl details and Ed Hardy-like embellishment and prints added to an enduring Vans silhouette.

Three colorways make up the new selection: first up is Blackout, which features leather and canvas in the upper, adding in a little textured detail, as well as an intricate oval-shaped pearl and stone pattern across the upper.

Two additional colorways feature the pearl and stone ornamentation; Camo Black sports a very millennial camo printed upper paired with black leather, while the third option comes in the same combo, swapping camo for classic Indigo Blue.

Each style also features a higher sidewall with greased finish that gives the shoe a lived-in feel, foxing tape inspired by the original ’90s Osnaburg reinforced outsoles, improved cushioning via the Sola Foam ADC insole and a padded collar for extra comfort and support.

Blackout is undoubtedly the most subdued version of the new Pearlized slip-on.

Each of the styles combine the laid-back style that’s made Vans a classic with the specialized detailing that has made the brand’s Pearlized options a prize pick.
