The 12 Best Vosteed EDC Knives of 2026 (So Far)

In honor of its 4th anniversary, Vosteed has launched a septuplet of configurations of the stunning and convenient high-performance Thunderbird V EDC knife. Based on an existing design, this new version now gets the brand’s best locking mechanism, the pivot-based Vanchor lock, as well as a gorgeous, compound Böhler M390 super steel blade. Plus, that blade gets a trio of deployment mechanisms. As if that’s not enough, you can also choose from either three titanium or four FatCarbon handle options.

When it came out in 2025, the Vosteed Parallel changed the EDC world forever (and for the better). To this day, it is still among the slimmest locking knives ever made, and it remains Vosteed’s thinnest offering. This version retains the same silhouette, profile, size and many of the same materials, including its titanium handle, crossbar lock, thumb stud deployment and wire pocket clip. However, it also gets an S35VN steel upgrade and an etched spiderweb pattern on the handle that offers far better grip than its siblings.

The headline here has to be the unprecedented number of deployment methods this knife boasts, with the front flipper, back flipper, thumb stud, thumb hole and button-assisted flick adding up to a whopping five. But that’s not the only talking point, as it also features a full-bellied 3.4-inch drop-point blade made of S35VN, ergonomic aluminum handle scales and Vosteed’s super-strong take on a button lock, the Vanchor Lock.

Vosteed’s new EDC knives might look cheesy, but that’s sort of the point. The CheesePirates collection sees three of the brand’s most iconic knives (the Corgi, Porcupine and Raccoon) get a Swiss cheese-inspired handle treatment that’s incredibly fun, but it maintains their exceptional functionality, versatility and convenience. This launch also goes toward a good cause, as every sale goes to benefit a charity that helps rescue animals find their forever homes.

Vosteed’s Psyop, a collaboration with TuffKnives, was already a fan-favorite for both brands. But this version really sets a new standard. Not only does it have the same killer silhouette, button lock, thumb hole deployment (and front flipper) and an Elmax super steel blade, but it also gets a trio of new Micarta handle scale options from Current Composites that are more refined and grippier. Best of all, each knife is unique; no two patterns are the same.

After launching just a few short weeks ago, the Vosteed Porcupine TiSlim has already ascended among the brand’s best all-time launches. This new edition only further solidifies that ascension by granting it a new handle style and higher-performance blade steel. While the handle is still titanium, it now gets a stonewashed finish and an almost moon-crater-like machining pattern. Similarly, the blade maintains the same size and shape, but gets upgraded to S90V steel.

Vosteed’s Nip-L is both a new version of an existing knife, the Divo Nip, and a reimagining. Not only is it bigger, boasting a 3.15-inch blade that’s a serious bump up from the original’s 2.25-inch option, but it’s also more refined, ergonomic, convenient and even safer. It also sees its steel upgraded from S90V to Elmax, the handle is now crafted from titanium and it gets a button lock. It’s a pretty solid example of how a revival should be done: not a copy, but an improvement.

Vosteed has followed-up its spectacular Raccoon TiSlim with another exceptional reinterpretation of a fan-favorite in the Porcupine TiSlim. Like the Raccoon before it, this EDC knife is incredibly slender — slim enough that you could stick it in your wallet. And yet it is sized and constructed perfectly for typical carry. It has a titanium handle, 154CM steel drop-point blade and, unlike its predecessor (which had a crossbar lock) a super-convenient button lock. This brand is quickly becoming unbeatable in the slim EDC knife space.

This is the first collaboration between Vosteed and Nick from the Stassa23 YouTube channel (and Nick’s first fixed-blade design). But the Inferno isn’t your typical fixie; it’s designed around EDC utility, embodying it with a much more compact form-factor that’s good for common, detail work. While its blade measures only 3.57 inches, it’s still thick and crafted from durable, stonewashed 14C28N steel, making it plenty strong for chopping work, should you need it. It also gets a grippy Micarta handle that offers plenty of grip and an omnidirectional rotating Kydex sheath (a proprietary Vosteed invention).

Vosteed’s Corgi V, which features its unique pivot-based Vanchor lock, is among the brand’s best releases. Now, that knife has gotten an extremely playful stylistic update as a part of the Doodle Monster series, which applies G-10 scales in a black, green and blue doodle scheme on a white or black background. But this isn’t the only knife in the series. Two of the brand’s other most popular folders, the Marten and Porcupine, are also included in the collection.

Vosteed has taken its flagship folder, the Raccoon, and transformed it into an ultra-slim, ultralight marvel with this TiSlim edition. As the name suggests, the handle is crafted from titanium, granting it slenderness and lightness while maintaining strength and rigidity. It also gets an ambidextrous crossbar lock, thumb stud deployment and either a 154CM blade or, in one case, S35VN.

Inspired by the art of H.R. Geiger (and named after the creatures from the Alien franchise), Vosteed’s Xeno is a front-runner for the brand’s most impressive release of the year. This is the first-ever Vosteed knife to feature a Vanax blade, which offers is unmatched corrosion proofing, as well as exceptional performance. It also has a biomechanical titanium handle that has been vacuum finished and the brand’s signature Vanchor pivot lock.
