If any outdoor brand has proven its relevance both on and off the mountain, it’s The North Face.

While styles like the Nuptse Jacket have reached icon status on city streets and in rugged environments alike, the label has no shortage of heritage-coded classics.

Although it’s marketed as a men’s style on the brand’s website, this jacket holds appeal for any TNF fan.

That legacy lives on through its Red Box sub-collection, which focuses on revisiting and revitalizing silhouettes from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s.

For Spring/Summer 2026, the capsule delivers a reversible fleece jacket that doubles down on style and technical appeal.

Two for the price of one

The Red Box Reversible Fleece Jacket is a 2-in-1 layer designed to deliver warmth and comfort, whether worn for everyday use or outdoor adventures.

The recycled fleece can be worn as the inner layer for extra warmth, or flipped to the exterior for tactile style.

On the exterior, the relaxed fit outerwear features a 100 percent recycled nylon with non-PFC DWR finish, while the reverse is constructed from a fluffy, 150D 100 percent recycled polyester knit fleece.

The outer layer includes welt hand pockets, while the reverse features open hand pockets.

Archival-inspired details include the stand collar, elastic binding on the outer collar, center front zip and cuffs and two embroidered Red Box logo patches.

One appears on the left sleeve of the outer and the other is placed on the left pocket of the reverse.

The outer shell has been treated with a non-PFC DWR water-repellent coating.

While the jacket is built with modern materials, the slightly oversized, slouchy silhouette is straight out of the ’90s.
