The Pegasus Premium continues to evade clear classification.

Built with three distinct innovations in cushioning technology, including Nike’s first-ever full-length Air Zoom unit, the 2025 design blurs the line between performance and style like few shoes since the Ultraboost.

Swarovski crystals didn’t help settle the debate. Neither will a new Stan Smith-coded colorway in the queue.

Now surfacing in overseas markets, “Pale Ivory/Jade Horizon/Spruce Aura” sees the Pegasus Premium adopt a classic colorway reminiscent of one of the 20th century’s most iconic silhouettes.

That means it cleans up handsomely with a sharp white upper and gum outsole, while green details give it a subtle touch of contrast grounded in earthy hues.

Naturally, Nike is insistent that the Pegasus Premium is designed for logging miles.

And no doubt about it: the combination of ZoomX and ReactX foams are certainly up to the task (even if the extended Air Zoom unit makes it one of the heaviest trainers in the brand’s roster).

But the pared-back aesthetic, paired with a timeless color scheme rooted in retro tennis culture, frame the Pegasus Premium as a snappy sneaker for running laps and errands, alike.

The shoe is heavy compared to other Nike designs, however, an ultralight upper helps it feel like on one’s foot.
