Scandinavian design might conjure images of austere minimalism, but Swedish Bravur’s BW003 watches just got a little more colorful. Debuted in conventional monochrome black and white, the brand has now introduced two new dial options of “bottle green” and “midnight blue.” In stainless steel 39mm cases, the green version goes a step further in vibrancy with gold-toned hands and indices. That said, these remain sober, distinctly Nordic-feeling watches with a little bit of retro-sportiness thrown in.
Bravure aims to check all the right boxes with elements like applied indices, sapphire crystal, and Sellita’s equivalent of the ETA 2892: the SW300 automatic movement with 38 hours of power reserve. The Bravur BW003 is available with a range of straps and the option of a solid steel case back for a price of $1,195, or with a sapphire exhibition back for $1,495.
