Echo/Neutra is an independent watchmaker known for tough tool watches that blend pragmatic, modern design with classic iconography. But, for my money, the best model in the Italian brand’s catalog is a minimalist dress watch.
The Rivanera Piccolo has a small, rectangular titanium case with sharp angles and a sandblasted finish. The two-hand dial has no tracks or indices, just a mesmerizing radial guilloché-style pattern that looks better than ever in the new “antique pink” color.

Echo/Neutra introduced the Rivanera Piccolo in 2025 as a sequel to the larger Rivanera, which set the tone for the collection with a minimalist take on an Art Deco dial, set in a sharp, angular modern titanium case.
Small by modern standards, the downsized Piccolo case measures 26 mm wide by 33mm lug-to-lug. It features the same tiered midcase with polished edges, sloped lugs and octagonal crown as its predecessor.

It is a dress watch in the purist sense, shirking accuracy and functionality in the name of artistic beauty. Yet, it still runs on a respectable automatic movement, the Sellita Caliber SW1000, with a 46-hour power reserve.
