Norqain really wants you to enjoy life.

The family-owned Swiss watch brand made a splash last summer with its “Enjoy Life” chronograph, an ice cream-themed version of its Freedom Chronograph featuring a trio of pastel shades, a colorful ice cream cone motif on the caseback and a date window that depicted an ice cream cone once a week as a reminder to set aside time to enjoy your life.

The watch was a viral hit (thanks in part to brand fan Mark Wahlberg), so Norqain followed the watch up at this year’s Watches and Wonders with a two-part sequel dressed up with Super-LumiNova “sprinkles” on the dial.

Now, for summer 2026, Norqain has launched its most ambitious entry in the Enjoy Life series yet with a watch that gets away from the ice cream-themed chronographs in favor of a holiday-inspired GMT that might send you on your own tropical getaway. Literally.

Holiday road

Norqain is referring to the new Freedom GMT Enjoy Life “Holiday” Limited Edition as its “Golden Ticket” watch. That’s because one of the 500 watches sold includes a trip for two to the Ayada Maldives, a luxury island resort located in the Indian Ocean.

To find out if you win the Willy Wonka-inspired prize, you have to visit a special website and enter your watch’s serial number prior to September 30 of this year, after which the winner will be announced in an undisclosed manner.

The trip is obviously very cool … I can’t recall another watch brand doing anything like that before … but what about the owners of the other 499 examples of the Freedom GMT Enjoy Life “Holiday”? Well, lucky for them, they get a hell of a travel watch as a consolation prize.

The watch is based on the brand’s Freedom GMT, a do-it-all travel watch with a 40mm stainless steel case and H-link bracelet, sapphire crystals front and back, and a vacation-ready 100m of water resistance.

The watch is powered by the Norqain Manufacture Calibre NN20/2, which is produced by Kenissi, the Swiss manufacture owned by Tudor.

The movement is a COSC-certified chronometer with a 70-hour power reserve and local jumping hour functionality that allows you to adjust your local time zone when traveling without interrupting the movement. It’s the same base movement found in the Tudor Black Bay GMT, which should give you an idea of the level of quality you’re getting.

A version of the Kenissi automatic “true” GMT movement powering the watch can also be found in the Tudor Black Bay.

Stylistically, however, this watch is a far cry from the standard Freedom GMT, as it’s a lot more colorful and fun. The white dial features a world map split into three vibrant, sherbet-like colors that are a bit brighter than the pastel shades used on the previous Enjoy Life watches. The map also features vacation-related icons on popular travel spots around the globe, including a film camera in California and a kangaroo in Australia.

The pink, orange and aquamarine used to color the dial’s world map are also used for the 24-hour GMT scale encircling the dial. This scale is punctuated with whimsical labels marking different points in the day, such as a cup of coffee at 8:00 am and a “happy hour” designation from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

The 6:00 date window carries over the Enjoy Life series’ signature feature of swapping out the date for an image every seven days, but instead of ice cream cones, we get a rotation of beach-inspired icons: flip-flops, swim trunks, sunglasses, a beach umbrella and a bikini. Lastly, a new “Enjoy Life” motif appears on the display caseback, depicting a colorful beach scene.

Availability and pricing

I’m not sure there’s a category of watch I love more than the vacation watch. Give me a traveler’s GMT function, solid water resistance and some bright colors, and I’m pretty much guaranteed to have a good time with it.

Norqain absolutely nails this vibe with the Freedom GMT Enjoy Life “Holiday,” and while the “Golden Ticket” is mostly a gimmick, it will be a very real and incredible experience for one lucky buyer.

To shoot your shot, you can now order the watch on Norqain’s website. It’s limited to 500 pieces and retails for $6,490 on the bracelet or $6,290 on a white rubber strap.
