Bose’s second-generation QuietComfort Headphones bring several features previously exclusive to its pricier Ultra lineup down to a more accessible tier. They have improved sound and active noise-cancellation, and finally support lossless audio (up to 24-bit/48kHz) when using a wired connection. At $359, they are $90 cheaper than Bose’s flagship QuietComfort Ultra Headphones.

Fiio’s Snowsky Echo Nano is a portable hi-fi player that, according to the brand, “reimagines the iconic 2000s era MP3 player.” It doesn’t run any apps, so you won’t find Spotify or Apple Music on it. Instead, it supports a microSD card (up to 256GB) and provides a distraction-free way of listening to your digital music library. It features a Cirrus Logic CS43131 DAC and can play high-resolution audio, with native DSD decoding alongside support for WAV, FLAC, APE, MP3, M4A and OGG formats.

Klipsch has introduced the next generation of its top-of-the-line loudspeakers. The Reference Premiere III features acoustic and design advancements over its 2022 Reference Premiere II counterparts. There are nine passive loudspeakers in the brand-new Reference Premiere III range, which includes three floorstanding, two bookshelf, two center channel, and two surround sound speakers. The range goes on sale October 2026.

The Cinema 50 Series 2 is a new-and-improved version of the 2022-released Cinema 50, and it’s the flagship model in the Cinema Series 2 range. It’s a 9.4-channel AV receiver that’s capable of delivering 110 watts per channel. And it features 8 HDMI inputs, each supporting 8K video. Compared to its predecessor, it features a new 32-bit, eight-channel DAC and has been integrated with the latest HEOS platform for superior multi-room functionality.

The Cinema 60 Series 2 is the midrange option in Marantz’s new Cinema Series 2 range. It’s a 7.4-channel AV receiver that can deliver 100 watts per channel. It has a 8 HDMI inputs, but only three support 8K video. According to the brand, it “elevates everything you love about movies, all in a timeless, feature-rich design.”

The Cinema 70s Series 2 is a 7.4-channel AV receiver that is capable of delivering 50 watts per channel. It has many of the same features as the Cinema 60 Series 2, but is half as powerful and roughly half the size. According to the brand, it’s designed to ensure “unforgettable home theater experiences even in smaller spaces.”

The Astell&Kern PD5 is the successor to the A&norma SR35 and the company’s new entry-level portable hi-fi player. It packs an octa-core processor and runs on an Android-based operating system, giving you quick access to your favorite streaming services. It features an eight-DAC audio architecture (which is twice as many DACs as its predecessor) and supports bit-perfect playback up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM and native DSD256.

The Q Acoustics 3040c is the newest addition to the brand’s entry-level 3000c range of loudspeakers. It’s positioned as the slightly smaller sibling to the 3050c, the range’s flagship floorstanding speaker. The 3040c features the same driver, cabinet, and acoustic innovations, and looks nearly identical, but it’s $100 cheaper and a better fit for smaller-to-medium-sized rooms.

Triangle’s AIO Twin is an entry-level active speaker system that supports a wide range of wired and wireless connections. It has a switchable MM phono preamplifier, so you can connect the speakers directly to a turntable. The system can be used as TV or desktop speakers, too. And it supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth streaming. The company has introduced the system in a new Macassar finish inspired by Macassar ebony, an Indonesian hardwood known for its dark brown color and striking golden-yellow stripes.

Sony released its current flagship noise-canceling headphones, the WH-1000XM6, in May 2026. And they feature some key upgrades of their predecessors, the 2022-released XM5, including improved sound, call quality and active noise-cancellation, as well as a more foldable design. Since the release, Sony has rolled out a few new colorways of the XM6. And the latest one is Olive Gray.

The DJI Mic Mini 2S is the latest addition to the brand’s Mic Mini lineup of wireless microphone and transmitter systems. Naturally, it works similarly to others, providing a reliable way for content creators to record on-the-go audio. However, the Mic Mini 2S is positioned as an upgraded version of the Mic Mini 2, which was just released in April 2026. It adds 32-bit floating-point internal recording, providing additional backup for your camera or smartphone recordings. Also, it can work with up to four transmitters (whereas the Mic Mini 2 supports only two). Sadly, like many of DJI’s latest releases, it’s unclear whether or when this will get a US release.

The Creative XF1 is a set of powered computer speakers designed to deliver impressive sound from a small package. Each speaker has a bi-amp configuration, meaning a dedicated amp powers the tweeter and the woofer, and the system delivers 72 watts and has a frequency range of 55Hz to 40kHz. The system features USB-C and aux inputs, so they can easily be used as speakers for your computer or turntable. They have built-in Bluetooth with LDAC support, so you can stream high-resolution audio to them. And they are compatible with the Creative Nexus app, which allow you to further fine-tune audio settings.

Nothing’s budget-friendly brand, CMF, has launched its first pair of open-ear wireless earbuds. The CMF Clip Pro are earbuds with a clip-on design, popularized by Bose’s Open Ultra Earbuds, that grip the outside of your ears sort of like earrings. They are designed to play music while also letting ambient sounds in, so they’re safer to wear when running, biking or exercising in public.
