If you watched any of the Winter Olympics from Milan and Cortina, Italy earlier this month, you undoubtedly noticed Omega’s name plastered all over your screen.

The brand’s signature red color and logo was on practically every piece of equipment at the games, with Omega’s logo and wordmark also appearing on NBC’s broadcast whenever a new time or score was posted.

That’s because, since 1932, Omega has been the official timekeeper for the Olympics, serving in this capacity for most installments of both the Summer and Winter Games ever since.

The 2026 Winter Games have now concluded, but Omega’s job isn’t done. Since 1992, the brand has also served as the official timekeeper for the Paralympics. And with the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympic Games kicking off today, Omega has launched a special-edition Seamaster Diver to commemorate the ocassion.

So fresh and so clean

If you’re getting a sense of deja vu from this Seamaster, you’re not far off. Omega released almost the exact same watch back in January tied to the Winter Olympics, with the only differences being the color of the seconds hand and the logo on the caseback.

Regardless, the new Seamaster is still worth discussing just for the sheer purity of its design. This is the cleanest-looking Seamaster Diver Omega has ever made, as it pairs a white ceramic case and bezel insert with a white dial and white rubber strap — a decidely winterized take on the brand’s flagship dive watch.

The case, like other ceramic Seamaster Diver 300Ms, is bigger than the standard steel model and measures 43.5mm across, 51.5mm lug-to-lug, and 14.37mm thick. The bulk of the case is made of white zirconium oxide ceramic finished with a mix of satin brushing and polishing.

The scalloped bezel is in Grade 5 titanium with a white ceramic insert featuring a snow-like texture and polished markings in relief. Both the 3:00 crown and the helium escape valve crown at 10:00 are also in Grade 5 titanium, as is the solid screw-down caseback, which features a stamped Milano Cortina 2026 emblem accompanied by the Paralympics logo known as the Agitos.

The dial is white ceramic and features a frosted pattern created with a laser. It resembles ice and has a large zig-zag “finger trace” pattern inspired by the stylized “26” of the Milano Cortina 26 logo. All dial text is in a cool blue for legibility, and the rhodium-plated hands and indices are all filled with white Super-LumiNova.

The varnished seconds hand — which featured blue gradient coloring on the previous Olympics Edition — features three colors this time around. It’s green at the counterweight, which gradually changes to blue and then red at the tip. These three colors are derived from the Agitos and were chosen because they are the most widely used colors in national flags around the world.

The watch is paired with an integrated white rubber strap equipped with a Grade 5 titanium pin buckle, just as before. Inside beats the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, the same movement that powers other no-date versions of the Seamaster Diver 300M, including the iconic “No Time to Die.”

Availability and pricing

While I do wish Omega would have fully committed to the design and made the entire case in white ceramic for an even cleaner look, I do concede that using titanium for the crowns, bezel and caseback will ultimately make the watch more durable.

This Seamaster comes in a special box that features the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympic Games logo and is priced at $10,500, the same as the previous Olympics version. It’s available now from Omega boutiques, and while it’s not a numbered limited edition, Omega obviously isn’t going to produce this watch forever given the 2026 tie-in.
