Audiovector is a Danish loudspeaker specialist with a history dating back to the late 1970s. The company was founded on the premise of making the “perfect loudspeaker for the global high-end market.” So naturally, its offerings are quite expensive.
For context, the company’s flagship floorstanding speakers, R10 Arreté, introduced in 2025, are priced at roughly $165,000 per pair.
Now, Audiovector has introduced a new high-end pair of loudspeakers in the R5 Arreté, which borrows trickle-down technologies from the company’s flagship models and packages them in a (slightly) more attainable loudspeaker.

Flagship-grade drivers
Audiovector’s R5 Arreté is a pair of floorstanding loudspeakers that, according to the brand, are the first models in the R Series to carry technologies inherited directly from its flagship R10 Arreté loudspeakers, which cost in the same region as a luxury sports car.
Each loudspeaker has a 3.5-way design featuring four drivers. There are two 6.5-inch bass drivers: one covers the “full bass range,” while the other covers “the deepest frequencies.” There’s also a 6.5-inch midrange driver.
