Its outerwear pairs functional designs with durable materials made to stand up to years of constant use. It’s made in the USA, and now for a limited time, it’s 30 percent off. — John Zientek

Columbia River Knife and Tool 5500 K.I.S.S.
Save 20%: There’s not much more you can do to a folder to make it more simple. The basic architecture is a handle, blade and clip — what more is there to do? Well, if Columbia River Knife and Tool went any further with the K.I.S.S., they wouldn’t have a knife at all. The blade folds down, sealing the cutting edge against the one piece handle. Like most other folding blades, a thumb stud is used for a one-handed open action and stopping the blade is an integrated frame lock. At this point, the clip almost feels like an excess. Keeping with the theme of ‘less is more,’ you can now get the CRKT K.I.S.S. at 20% off. — Bryan Campbell
Flint and Tinder Flannel-Lined Waxed Trucker Jacket
Save $55: Waxed canvas predates GORE-TEX as one of the original waterproof materials. The discovery of the material’s rough weather potential came when sailors noticed that wet sails caught wind better than dry sails, and decided to preemptively apply oil to their canvas to make it less permeable. Soon they began cutting sheets from these oiled sails and sewed them into jackets, which, while not perfect, provided an ideal layer against rain and ocean spray.
Now, manufacturers create waxed canvas garments through a process that impregnates cotton with paraffin wax, which yields better water resistance and less color fading. The waxed canvas jacket, once standard attire for sailors, soldiers and outdoorsmen, has mostly been replaced with lighter synthetic materials, but it still maintains its place as a workwear staple and weatherproof style piece.
Flint and Tinder’s Waxed Trucker Jacket stays true to the original style of waxed canvas jackets. It’s made with Martexin seven-ounce sailcloth that’s cut to waist length, in keeping with traditional trucker jacket style. It also contains hand pockets, a chest pocket and metal buttons. The Waxed Trucker goes beyond the typical canvas design with a flannel-lined interior, which makes it the perfect outer layer for the variable weather that accompanies the onset of Spring. Right now, it’s also 25 percent off, which is its lowest price yet. — Tanner Bowden
Staub Braise and Grill Pan
Save 50%: If you’re not familiar with Staub perhaps the quickest indicator of their quality is they are Le Creuset’s largest direct competitor in the world of premium enameled cast-iron. Simpler clean-up and a wider array of cooking options, enameled cast-iron is ideal if you’re looking for cookware that will last and won’t demand extra attention (you don’t need to season enameled cast-iron). The grill pan itself acts as a fitted lid in this instance, and is easily removed when necessary. Prized for heavy-duty durability, Staub’s cookware is cast and twice enameled-coated, and is more resistant to chips and cracking because of it. The Braise and Grill typically retails for a whopping $400 — it’s 50 percent off on Sierra Trading Post right now. — Will Price
Alpinestars Quick Seal Out Two-Piece Rain Suit
Save 20%:Having a rain suit that fits over your riding gear will be a crucial asset in the coming months. Luckily, the Alpinestars Quick Seal Out Two-Piece Rain Suit is on sale just in time. We just got hammered with another nor’easter, but if forecasts are to be believed, it looks like real spring weather is just a week or two away. What that means, though, is you can expect the snow to turn to slush and as soon as that’s gone, sporadic rain showers will be the next annoyance. — Bryan Campbell
Save 15%: A brand based in Chicago, Defy, makes some of the toughest bags available, but you might not know it from first glance. The all-black bags have a minimalist-look, yet stand up to serious endeavors. Each is hand-made with the same material that the troops use today — waterproof 22 oz. M35 military truck tarpaulin. Today, the Bucktown Backpack, Ultimate Overnighter, and R&R Weekender are all 15% off. — Meg Lappe
