In case you missed it, the New York Knicks have made it to the NBA Finals. And people (especially several of our staff members here at Gear Patrol) are pretty excited.
Admittedly, it is a feat to be celebrated. The last time the team appeared in the Finals was back in 1999 and the last time they won it all was way back in 1973. Needless to say, NY-based brands are already finding ways to celebrate.
Now, in honor of the achievement, one of the most coveted sneaker releases in recent months may have just gotten more accessible.

Last year, Ronnie Fieg’s Kith partnered with Nike on a New York-inspired variant of the Air Max 95. The only issue is the shoe was only released to the public in kids sizes. Kith did, however, create three dozen adult pairs, but those were exclusive to friends and family members
