As any experienced runner knows, race day is not the day to reinvent the wheel: stick to your fueling plan, wear your tried-and-true kit and don’t experiment with your shoes.
New Balance seems to have embraced that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentality, applying it to the latest version of the brand’s flagship race-day shoe.
Rather than completely overhaul its popular super shoe, New Balance has fine-tuned the formula, maintaining the performance foundation runners know while introducing subtle yet significant upgrades.

Peak performance
