These Shoe Bags for Travel Are Made from Military Parachutes

This is probably the coolest a shoe bag can get.

Travel shoe and laundry bags aren’t really a thing to get excited over, but if it’s ever going to happen KillSpencer’s brand new ones might be responsible.

The Parachute Bag 2.0 bags are functionally simple — they’re shoe and laundry bags — but aesthetically and materially interesting. Both are assembled entirely with repurposed parachutes from the U.S. Air Force, a paracord drawstring and a tiny leather pull tab with the brand’s name on it. Seeing as in its past life it was responsible for safely moving humans from miles in the air to the ground, the parachute material is remarkably tear-resistant, light and compact.

KillSpencer’s collapsible suitcase bags are designed and made in the U.S., and are available in olive drab, orange, white and tan.
