Snow Peak is a cult favorite among campers with a taste for the finer things in life, exemplifying the kind of craftsmanship and quality-driven design that has made various Japanese brands some of the most respected in the world.

The 67-year old company’s Entry IGT Table, introduced in 2017, was developed as a more accessible gateway into a lineup that can often feel out of reach due to its premium price points.

Long admired for its utility, beauty, and thoughtful configuration — I speak from experience, as I own the OG — the Renewed Entry IGT in Black is a sophisticated, evolved new take on a classic, and one that may earn iconic status all on its own.

Small changes, big impact

While it retains much of its original composition, the Renewed Entry IGT benefits from a selection of understated updates that improve its functionality and its looks.

The overall weight has been trimmed down to 12.1 pounds, and the folding leg mechanism has been improved for simpler packing. Adjustable feet accommodate mixed terrain, and the laminated bamboo inserts are lighter as well.

Most notably, the frame of this limited-edition table has been given a black powder coated treatment. Not only does the powder coating make the table even more stunning than before, but it also cuts down on potential rust formation, extending its lifespan.
