Yeti’s Celebrating America’s 250th with an Epic Special Edition Collection

From a 50-state Tundra 45 to mix-and-match drinkware accessories, Yeti’s Summer Anthem collection is the brand’s most ambitious seasonal colorway release yet.

Yeti doesn’t need to say the words “Fourth of July” for you to get the message. Red, white and blue colorways on a hard cooler and a fleet of drinkware speak for themselves — especially when America is gearing up to celebrate its 250th birthday.

The brand’s new Summer Anthem collection is exactly what it sounds like: a patriotic color drop timed for peak grilling season, expanded this year into one of the more comprehensive limited-edition lineups Yeti has put out yet.

The follow-up to last year’s Coast to Coast collection features far more products and a broader range of color options.
Yeti

Think of it as last year’s Coast to Coast collection with its belt loosened and its ambitions upgraded. The red, white and blue is back. The occasion — America’s semiquincentennial — is bigger. And Yeti, characteristically, has decided this is a fine moment to remind everyone that it makes a lot of great gear.

New colors, new options

For some products, the details are more subtle in the form of a special Yeti logo and mix and matching solid colored parts.

Last year’s patriotic collection covered six products. Summer Anthem blows past that, pulling in a wider range of Yeti classics alongside relatively recent additions to the lineup.

The full Summer Anthem collection spans hard coolers, soft coolers, tote bags, drinkware and accessories — which means there’s essentially an entry point for every kind of buyer, from the person who wants to drop $350 on a statement cooler to the one who just wants a $15 chug cap to class up their existing setup.

Yeti’s Summer Anthem collection includes seven products in red, white and blue, headlined by the Tundra 45 Hard Cooler — which features a graphic of all 50 states across the lid.
Yeti

The headliner is the Yeti Tundra 45 Hard Cooler (Summer Anthem), and it earns that billing. Beyond the expected red, white and blue colorway, this version features a graphic of all 50 states across the lid — a detail that elevates it from seasonal colorway to something closer to a collector’s piece.

It’s the kind of design move that could easily veer into gift-shop territory, but on Yeti’s rotomolded workhorse, it mostly just looks good.

Joining it is the Yeti Rambler 26 oz Water Bottle (Summer Anthem), the Yeti Camino 35 Carryall (Summer Anthem), the Yeti Shot Glasses (Summer Anthem) and the Yeti Rambler 12oz Colster (Summer Anthem).

The Camino carryall, in particular, is worth flagging, since, last we checked, it’s the product Yeti’s own staff loves the most — and the unique red-and-blue color combo is about as classic a color pairing as you could dream up.

There’s also the Yeti Daytrip 14 Insulated Tote Bag (Summer Anthem), a newer addition to the Yeti soft-cooler family that we’ve been keeping a close eye on since Yeti expanded the Daytrip line, given that it sits in a unique middle ground between the company’s soft cooler and pure tote bag line.

One smart wrinkle in this year’s rollout: you can buy the colorful accessories — including the Yeti Rambler Bottle Chug Cap (Summer Anthem) — individually to augment gear you already own. If you’ve got a Rambler sitting in the cabinet and want to dress it up for the holiday without committing to a new bottle, Yeti has made that surprisingly easy. It’s a small thing, but it reflects how the collection is designed: broadly accessible, not gatekept behind a single big-ticket purchase.

One nice touch is that Yeti is selling the patriotic-themed chug cap accessories separately for anyone who already owns a Rambler bottle.
Yeti

What’s notably absent is the brand-new Yeti Roadie 8, which is too fresh off the line to have landed a Summer Anthem version. Same goes for the Rambler Beverage Tub with Raised Lid that Yeti just revealed — another sign that Yeti’s been on an unusual roll with new product launches lately, collaborations and new colorways included.

Not everything makes every collection, and honestly, the restraint is probably appreciated by anyone who has to keep track of their options.

The entire Summer Anthem collection is available now directly from Yeti.

Prices run from $15 for the Rambler Bottle Chug Cap up to $350 for the Tundra 45, with the Rambler 26 oz Water Bottle at $45, the Rambler 12oz Colster at $30, the Daytrip 14 Insulated Tote Bag at $145, the Shot Glasses at $55 and the Camino 35 Carryall at $160 sitting in between.

Multiple versions of the Rambler bottle are also included in the series.

Crucially, none of those prices carry a limited-edition premium — Yeti prices its seasonal colorways the same as its standard offerings, which has always been one of the more consumer-friendly things about how the brand handles these drops. You’re paying for the cooler, not the novelty of the color.

Whether the collection sticks around through Labor Day or disappears mid-July is anyone’s guess, but buying early never hurts when the inventory is finite.
