From the Waffle Racer to the Cortez, plenty of Nike shoes have earned icon status over the years. Only those in the Air Max line have their own holiday.
Tinker Hatfield’s infamous creations of the late 1980s and ’90s have become some of the brand’s most recognizable silhouettes. However, you might not recognize the latest Air Max 90 at first glance.


Releasing later this month, the next Air Max 90 to join the family sees the 1993 design trade its signature “Infrared” colorway for a pared-back combination of roughout leather and black accents.
