In 2024, G-Shock came out with one of the more popular iterations of the “CasiOak” line: the GM-2110D. This was effectively its 2100 model, but with a stainless steel bezel and bracelet.

The GM-2110D orange-dial CasiOak is now $264, down 20 percent from its regular $330 price.

The 2110D wasn’t the first-ever steel-clad CasiOak but it was the first to be paired with a resin case underneath (previous Full Metal versions kept steel all the way through). This made it a bit more lightweight and shock resistance, while also lowering the price by nearly $300.

If that’s not enticing enough, one particular model of the GM-2110D is being offered at one of its lowest prices ever. Down from $330, a radiant orange-dial version has now dropped its price to $264, one of its lowest ever.

The most versatile G-Shock?

Back in 2019, G-Shock managed to make a contemporary design icon with the 2100.

Known as the “CasiOak” among enthusiasts due to its resemblance to the octagonal Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, the 2100 is perhaps the most versatile G-Shock we’ve ever seen. Offering up 200m of water resistance and a suite of useful features like alarms and a stopwatch, the analog-digital timepiece has been a hit with streetwear enthusiasts and even those who want a more casual option from the brand.

The series has since seen a slew of new colorways and material alterations over the last seven years. It wasn’t long before G-Shock started playing around with materials and colors. From the original resin, we eventually moved to Full Metal (steel) and even resin-steel combinations like you see here.

Among the GM-2110D G-Steel collection that launched two years ago, the orange-dial version (GM2110D-4A) has always been my favorite. Sporting a radiant sunburst dial effect, it’s one I wear a lot and get complimented for often.

If you’ve been eyeing the G-Steel 2100 Series models, now’s your time to act. The GM2110D-4A is currently 20 percent off on G-Shock’s website.
