Between its body-on-frame construction, solid axles and rugged simplicity, the Ineos Grenadier boasts plenty of overlanding-ready qualities right from the factory. It also helps that the brand provides service all over the world.
Of course, in standard passenger guise, the rugged British SUV isn’t exactly equipped for overnighters. Even in the case of the spacious station wagon, folding down the seats only makes for so much room, and you’d be better off fitting a rooftop tent or a trailer if you’ll be pitching camp with any kind of regularity.

Now, that’s set to change thanks to Storyteller Overland. With the unveiling of its latest offering, the Alabama-based outfit has reimagined the Ineos Grenadier as a capable micro camper suited for daily driving, weekend getaways and long-distance excursions alike.
Raising the roof
Storyteller has dubbed it the Grand Bohemian, and, while it’s based on Ineos’s SUV, the resulting rig is actually RVIA-certified. This is because it’s considered a fully integrated conversion rather than a vehicle accessorized after purchase (more on that later).
