If you’re in the market for a camper van to live out your nomadic life fantasies, there certainly many options to choose from. But one version we’re missing out here in the States is a model that quintessentially started the whole movement in the first place: the Volkswagen Transporter.
The Wolfsburg-based automaker launched its next-gen “T7” model not too long ago. As a result, outfitters are already hard at work creating their own #vanlife concoctions.
One of which is Australia’s Trakka brand, who just debuted its latest take on the iconic camper van.
Basically a T7 California lite

It’s called the Trakkadu, which succeeds the company’s previous T6 Transporter-based variant. Just like the old one, the new T7-based Trakkadu nudges the outfitter’s flagship model into the new generation.
