Timex used 2025 to remind everyone why it maintains a special status among affordable watch enthusiasts.
The year’s notable new releases bounced between fashion collabs, vintage reissues and genuinely new ideas: stylish dress pieces with Noah and MM6 Maison Margiela, Huckberry-tuned Ironman and Black Max throwbacks, and a new version of The James Brand’s knife-adjacent Automatic GMT that turned heads well beyond the usual Timex crowd.
At the same time, the in-house roster deepened significantly with the launch of the new Timex Atelier luxury sub-brand, as well as new Deepwater divers, Expedition field watches, Marlin dress pieces and a steady stream of Q Timex reissues that kept the brand’s back catalog feeling very alive.
Here are the 2025 Timex releases that dominated our attention this year — the digitals, dress watches, field beaters and collabs that prove the brand is still one of the most reliably fun-per-dollar plays in watchmaking.
